I spent 13 years in the Army. That taught me one thing above all: details matter. A home that is clean and maintained is a home that is cared for. When I left the service to spend more time with my family, I moved into real estate and construction work. I saw what buyers wanted. I saw what neighborhoods needed. And I realized that I knew better than most what it takes to properly maintain a home, because I had lived with precision and standards for over a decade.

The gap I noticed was simple: most people treating home maintenance like an afterthought. Contractors rushing through jobs. Homeowners settling for good enough. But your home is the one thing the whole world can see every day. It is your neighborhood. It is your pride. That is when Florida Wash Company started. Not because I wanted another business. But because I wanted Jacksonville to look like Jacksonville should look.

We offer soft washing, pressure washing, roof washing, deck and fence washing, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning. Each service is done to the standard I would want applied to my own home.
